Richfield, UT July 26, 2020 – The Central Utah Public Health Department (CUPHD) has confirmed the first positive case of COVID-19 in Wayne County. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the Central Utah Health District to 341.
The individual is between the ages of 1-14 and is currently recovering at home. The individual contracted the virus from exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case outside of the Central Utah Health District. “COVID- 19 is still very active in our communities and throughout the state.
