Covid-19 Vaccine Update

The Pfizer COVID vaccine was officially approved for 5-11 year olds on November 2 and will be available at CUPHD offices and vaccination sites beginning Monday, November 8. Information about the vaccine approval can be found at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/recommendations/children-teens.html

To schedule an appointment at a routine vaccination clinic, click on the "Vaccine Registration" link at the top of the page. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are also welcome during vaccination clinics.

If you have questions or would like to request a mobile vaccination clinic, please contact your local CUPHD office.

Appointments can be scheduled at any local CUPHD office. Walk-in appointments are also available during posted clinic times. If you have questions or need help scheduling, please call your local CUPHD office.
